From the moment you contact me, I will take care of everything: from building the menu best suited to your tastes and needs, to purchasing high-quality raw materials through trusted suppliers who have worked with me for a long time. I will personally cook for you and, once the meal is finished, I will also take care of the final cleaning of the kitchen, leaving it as impeccable as I found it.
I also offer a takeout option for those who prefer to enjoy a great meal in the comfort of their own home or another location of their choice. Whether you are in Versilia, Italy or abroad, I will be at your disposal to bring a touch of culinary excellence wherever you are. I work in strict compliance with the HACCP principles, thus guaranteeing maximum safety and hygiene at every stage of preparation and service.

I will need some practical information, including the number of participants and any food allergies. Once I have collected all this information, I will check availability for the date you have in mind, trying to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.
Menu proposal
Creating tailor-made menus is an art that requires attention to detail and excellent knowledge of raw materials. Starting from your specific needs, I can build a series of menus that reflect your preferences and needs. This will allow you to have a varied and quality choice for any event or special occasion you are organizing.
Once the proposed menus have been sent, we will be able to discuss them together to finalize the final choice. At this point it will be time to decide who will take care of the shopping, considering that thanks to my long collaboration with trusted local suppliers, I can guarantee that the raw material used will always be of the highest quality and at competitive prices. This is essential to ensure that each dish is not only good, but also prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Organization
I always prefer to carry out an inspection to personally check the equipment and spaces available. This allows me to have a clear vision of the environment and to identify any logistical needs . If for some reason this is not possible, I invite you to send me photos via WhatsApp, so that I can still have a precise idea of the space and resources available.
We will define every detail together from the beginning to ensure that your event is exactly as you want. This includes considering the presence of a waiter, who can be crucial to ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that guests are well served. Furthermore, we will discuss the mise en place of the table, which includes the rental of any plates and glasses, floral arrangements and a possible selection of wines, to create a pleasant atmosphere.
Preparation
Arriving a few hours before the arrival of the guests will allow me to organize everything calmly and make sure that every detail is perfect. Start with the preparation of the courses that require the most time and then dedicate myself to the finishing touches, before serving the courses of the chosen menu.
