BBQ
In recent years, my interest in the world of BBQ has grown, pushing me to explore the various techniques and devices available for this form of cooking. BBQ, or barbecue, is not just a cooking method, but a real culinary art that allows you to obtain unique and intense flavors. Thanks to the wide range of tools available today, it is possible to experiment with different cooking methods, with particular attention to long indirect cooking.
Indirect cooking is particularly appreciated for its ability to transform even less valuable cuts of meat into an incredibly soft dish, intense in flavor and with a smoky note that makes every bite a unique experience. Among the most iconic BBQ dishes in the United States we find pulled pork, brisket, pork ribs and beef ribs. BBQ is not limited to simple outdoor cooking, but is a celebration of conviviality and the passion for good food.
Every barbecue becomes a moment of sharing and discovery, where time and patience are fundamental ingredients to obtain the best results. Whether it's a weekend with friends or a big party, BBQ has the power to bring people together and create unforgettable memories around the fire.
